Brian Balderston

Brian Balderston is the Director of Infrastructure for SDSC’s Research Data Services division and has worked for the Center for 11 years. He oversees multiple engineering teams, including Enterprise Networking, Cloud and Storage Systems, and a 19,000sqft 13MW Colocation facility. Brian works closely with PIs at SDSC, UC San Diego, and national partners, to build innovative infrastructure services to meet the needs of the research community.
