On May 18, 2021, Dr. Serge Egelman, Director of Usable Security and Privacy research at ICSI, testified before the Senate Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety, and Data Security at a hearing titled “Protecting Kids Online: Internet Privacy and Manipulative Marketing”.
