Professor Wolfgang Wahlster Receives Honorary Degree from University of Oldenburg

Professor Wolfgang Wahlster, ICSI board member who was CEO of the German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence (DFKI) for over 20 years and is currently its chief executive advisor, was honored with his fifth honorary doctorate by the University of Oldenburg in Germany on March 14, 2022. Professor Wahlster has made significant contributions to artificial intelligence throughout his career.

"Professor Wahlster has been a longtime friend and contributor to ICSI and we congratulate him for this well-deserved honor." said Professor Raymond Perrault, ICSI board chair. Professor Wahlster has been affiliated with ICSI since its inception in the 1980s.
